Payment policy
Payment can be made via BSB and Account Number provided on the invoice.
All payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
In the event payment exceeds the 7 day invoice date, you will be sent a formal reminder that you're payment is late, in which you have 3 more days to pay the invoice.
If payment STILL hasn't been made after the reminder, an interest-based absent fee of 10% will be applied to the outstanding balance on a monthly basis.
Deposit policy
For all Initial cleans, End of lease cleans & Once off cleans in order to confirm your booking and secure our services, we require a 50% deposit prior to commencing any on-site work.
This deposit helps us cover the cost of all necessary materials, equipment, and machinery needed for the job, ensuring that you are fully serviced without the need to provide anything.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we're entitled to charge a 50% Cancellation fee when we receive less than 24 hours notice of wanting to cancel your clean.
We understand life is difficult to navigate sometimes, however in the event of reoccurring unexplained cancellations, we may no longer clean your property.
No Access Policy
Your time is valuable and so is ours, in the event one of our team members arrive at your home and is unable to access the property, a maximum of a 15 minute wait will be tolerated.
Anything exceeding this will result in us issuing you a Cancellation fee.
No Electricity Policy
If the electricity is not operational upon our arrival, our team will clean to the best of our ability. However please note our equipment and ability to complete our service to the best ability requires power.
Therefore a $100 call-out fee will apply for a return visit to complete the job once power is restored if agreed upon.
Deep Cleaning policy
We are committed to delivering the highest level of service and consistently put forth our best effort in all our work. As professionals, we have a clear understanding of the time typically required for cleaning.
However, should the condition of the property require an extended cleaning period beyond the usual scope, a deep cleaning surcharge of $60 may apply to account for the additional time and effort involved
