Yes! We provide regular home cleaning services across Melbourne, including weekly, fortnightly and monthly recurring cleans.
Do you offer recurring house cleaning services?
Yes! We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly recurring cleans. Your preferred frequency will be outlined in your cleaning proposal.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our residential clients provide key access or a door code so we can clean while they're out. We work with whatever arrangement suits you best and ensure your home is secure before and after every visit.
How do I get a quote for a home clean?
We offer either an in-person consultation where one of our team members will visit your property to assess the space, or an online estimate. We highly recommend in-person quotes as they're much more accurate.
How long does a quote stay valid?
Our quotes are typically held open for 3 months from the date of issue.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. For all initial cleans and end of lease cleans, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure our services. This deposit covers the cost of all necessary materials, equipment, and machinery.
What is included in a standard house clean?
Our standard residential clean covers all rooms in the house being thoroughly cleaned, outlined in our Flawless Finish Checklist.
Do you send reminders?
Absolutely. We send automated reminders 48 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before your scheduled clean so you never miss a thing.
Can I reschedule or change my regular cleaning day?
Yes, you can request to reschedule at any time by emailing info@cleanncoservices.com.au or calling 1300 175 613. If your regular day needs a permanent change, just let us know and we'll update your schedule going forward.
What if I need to cancel?
Your time is valuable and so is ours. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We understand life happens, however in the event of recurring unexplained cancellations, we reserve the right to discontinue servicing your property.
How is the pricing structured, hourly or fixed rate?
Our pricing is tailored to each job based on property size, frequency, and scope of work. After your free consultation, we'll provide a fixed-rate proposal so you always know exactly what you're paying with no surprises.
