The questions to ask any provider

• Who's my point of contact, and can they actually make decisions?
• Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
• Are they police-checked and insured?
• How are they trained, and is their work checked?
• Will it be the same cleaner each visit?
• How will I know what was done?
• What happens if something isn't right?
